Dexter Beef

Dexters produce well marbled beef, the carcasses are hung for 2-3 weeks which makes for very tender and succulent meat. If you haven't eaten Dexter beef, then you haven't eaten beef!

By making people aware of the flavour of rare-breed pork, we are helping to preserve the breeds.

Lamb

Our lambs are Hebridian crossed with a terminal sire (usually Charollais or Texel). They are reared naturally outdoors and left with their mother for around 5 months. The only food supplements are locally grown oats, barley with a little sugar beet.
